In a functioning free and democratic society, it is important to allow not just Liberties, but Rights as well. This is to allow equal opportunity for all people. However, it is important to balance these two concepts to achieve the best society possible. Immutable Characteristics are either impossible to change or the effect required to change is to immense that it is unrealistic or time consuming.
If a liberty is causing measurable harm to a society with little benefit, it is likely the case that liberty should either be restricted or banned.
“Driving a vehicle” can have too many negatives without restriction.
If a Right is too broad and forces people to do things that may be immoral, it is likely that right needs to be limited or removed.
“Gamers” probably would be too broad.
