Two-Round System

The Two-Round System is a plurality voting system where if one candidate does not receive a majority of the votes counted in an election, then a second round is held within a short period of time in a second election, known as round two.^{(ACE, Bristow-Johnson, 2010) (Electoral Reform Society)}
