• Create a uniform ID (e.g. REAL ID) for all Americans only requiring a birth certificate and social security ID.
  • Each states requires births to be registered with the state government.
  • Each state provides all birth certificates and IDs for free, and such IDs are valid for any election.
  • Identification for people within a state will use state-wide databases rather than local paper records (or both).
  • People can instead request a specific voter-ID in cases where proper ID may be hard to find when necessary near elections. Perhaps their personal information would already exist to the state database mentioned earlier, and then they could simply apply online using their Name, DOB, Address, and some other identification markers not specific to an ID.
  • Require states (and the states require their local governments) to provide transportation to those who cannot afford to easily get to voting locations for voting.
  • Require states and the federal government to making elections days (not early voting but the actually day to vote) a holiday, allowing workers to vote.
  • Barring employers from penalizing workers for using time off of work to vote, similar to jury duty, but should be reasonable around work schedules.
  • Require there to be a “meaningful” amount of voting locations and voting booths within the locations for voting (such as 1 location per 2,000 residents).
