Party Block Vote

Party Block Vote (PBV) is a plurality voting system where voters have one vote and vote on a single party. The winning party gets to fill all the available seats in the district. Similar to the Block Vote, there are multiple seats to be filled within one election.^{(ACE, Bristow-Johnson, 2010)}
