Section 1

The Civil Rights of all persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, housing, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation or business, without discrimination or segregation on the account of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, immigration status, veteran status, genetic information, disability, or any other immutable characteristic, unless such identity is reasonably necessary and vital to the service provided, or a disability cannot reasonably be accommodated by an employer.

Section 2

No persons shall be denied or treated differently in employment, private or public, on the account of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, veteran status, genetic information, disability, or any other immutable characteristic, unless the appearance of such immutable characteristic is necessary for employment, or a disability cannot reasonably be accommodated by an employer.

Section 3

Congress shall create no laws that apply to citizens that don’t apply equally to themselves.

Section 4

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article, and the President shall have the power over the states to enforce the law established by the Congress to enforce this Article.
