Section 1

All persons fifteen years or older, who do not possess any legal equivalent, shall be entitled to a government provided and backed, free, accessible, and unique identification card, and shall include a unique identification number and the following about the person on the card: Photo of the face, legal first and last name, living and mailing address, date of birth, date of issuance of the identification card, citizenship status, legal residence, duration of residence within the United States, race, gender, height, weight, eye color, veteran status, and legal first and last name of the individual issued the identification card.

Section 2

No materials or documents necessary for proving authenticity of a person requesting Identification per year shall include any Cost or Tax.

Section 3

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
