This amendment is unfinished and may include things I disagree with now.
Section 1
The right of the people to the highest attainable standard of health shall be protected by Congress and the states, and shall have the power and duty to help erect, maintain, and provide healthcare services, and means to travel to such healthcare services during emergencies, to all people within the United States at the lowest cost possible.
Section 2
Quality of government provided healthcare treatment or medication for an illness, disease, or physical or mental ailment, shall not depend on the price paid by the person receiving the healthcare, and transportation between a healthcare station or building in a time of emergency, such as a hospital, shall be free.
Section 3
This amendment shall take effect seven years after the date of ratification.
