Section 1
The first article of amendment of the Constitution of the United States shall not be construed to include contributions and expenditures of any corporations, limited liability companies, or other private organizations, that enjoy a profit or incur donations of more than one million dollars annually, adjusted for inflation relative to the year this article is ratified, and have more than one hundred employees, under the laws of any state, the United States, or any foreign state.
Section 2
Such corporate and other private organizations shall be prohibited from making contributions or expenditures in any election of any candidate for public office or the vote upon any ballot measure submitted to the people.
