The United States should completely halt all funds going to Israel for any purpose, unless Israel accomplishes the following conditions:
- Immediate end the war in Gaza.
- Give all Palestinians, in both Gaza and the West Bank, a free vote in an election with oversight from Iran and the United States for these options in a clear manner:
- Independence from Israel as a free state from Israeli occupation or influence.
- Full Integration into the state of Israel with all the legal and official rights as Jewish people within Israel, both domestically and internationally, complete within five years.
- Removal of all Jewish settlements in construction or established within Palestinian land within the past fifteen years.
If Israel fails to follow all of the points above within a reasonable amount of time, the United States should either invade the country directly to stop the on-going genocide or begin sanctions on the country similar to Russia in the Russo–Ukrainian war.
The United States may keep Israel as an ally within the Middle East to counteract Iran, but only if the following conditions above are met.
