Section 1
The second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Section 2
The right of an individual to defend the bodies and property of themselves, friends, and others, with an appropriate amount of force and legitimate intent and means, from immediate harm, when proven in a criminal court of no foul play, shall not be infringed.
Section 3
Congress nor the states shall create or enforce any law banning or unreasonably restricting the privilege to keep and bear arms.
