I believe there are three core principles of the United States that are the most important and should always be upheld as much as possible
Liberty
The first principle is liberty, the idea that not only are the people be free from an authoritarian state, but having the freedom to live the happiest life possible. This would include things like the freedom of speech, practice religion, of the press, assemble, and to bear arms.
Justice
The second principle is justice, the idea that we live in a society of rules, the rule of law, and that we all get due process, protection from unreasonable searches, and to prove one’s criminal or civil case in an impartial court.
Equality
The last principle is equality, the idea that all people within the country should be treated equally under the law and that all people are created equal. Protected classes such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, nationality, and any other immutable characteristic.
