Instead of having separate various classes like Sexual Education, Physical Education, and other health related classes by themselves, they shall be combined into one.
Students will learn the following things across their school life:
- Diet properly, choosing proper foods and consuming better alternatives.
- Clean their bodies and teeth.
- Avoid and manage disease and other physical ailments.
- Deal with mental and emotional stressors and illnesses.
- How to perform Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR.)
- Taking proper steps to getting help mentally and physically.
- Exercise properly and consistently.
- Physically exercising in class.
- How to defend themselves with and without a weapon.
- Hand to hand combat.
- Sharp objects and knives.
- Blunt objects and baseball bats.
- Various types of firearms.
Sexual Education should be taught once students enter Middle School.
Drivers Education should be taught once students enter High Schools.
