Section 1
The President shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment, themselves, their spouse, children, persons the President engages in commerce with, any person the President may have personal relationships with, or any person holding or has held public Office, without Advice and Consent of the Senate.
