Section 1
If the Senate fails to confirm or deny a President’s nominee within sixty days of the President’s choice, when otherwise their ability to is uncompromised, the President shall unilaterally appoint such nominees to their respective offices without the Senate’s consent.
Section 2
Consent of three fifths of the Senate shall remove nominees unilaterally appointed by the President of the same term.
