This amendment is unfinished and may include things I disagree with now.
Section 1
All persons shall be entitled to the same rights within this article, regardless of age or criminal record.
Section 2
Upon ratification of this Article, no wage or equivalent shall be below twenty dollars per hour, unless such employees are younger than fifteen years old and are employed under their legal guardian, which in such cases shall be paid no less than ten dollars per hour. The value of such wages shall raise or lower depending on the value of the dollar relative to the date of ratification of this article. Employees shall be paid one and five tenths their wage for working more than twenty-four hours within one week or working more than seven hours in one day.
Section 3
Employees shall receive no less than two thousand one hundred ninety hours equivalent of paid time off after a child of their own has been born, on top of any accumulated paid time.
Section 4
The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Section 5
This amendment shall take effect five years after the date of ratification.
