Section 1
Equality of rights under the law, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, veteran status, language, sexual orientation, genetic information, able-functioning disability, or any other immutable characteristic.
Section 2
The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article, and the President shall have the power to enforce the law established by the Congress.
