Section 1
All persons shall be read the following by the arresting Officer before asked any questions that may be used in a court of Law as evidence:—“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you for free”;
Section 2
Such persons shall be questioned whether or not they understand their rights after such affirmation has been stated towards them. Upon denial, the government may not question the persons asked, except for necessary government processes, until a lawyer is appointed to represent the person.
Section 3
The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
